SHREE UMIYA ACRYLIC WARRANTY AND PROCEDURES POLICY
Shree Umiya Acrylic products are covered under a warranty period of one year, and only extend to the original owner; in other words, the warranty on shree umiya acrylic products is not transferable. You must provide a Proof of Purchase for warranty to be considered valid.Warranty is immediately voided if products or equipment are not installed or operated in accordance with instructions supplied by Shree umiya acrylic.?
Damage caused by wear and tear, abuse, carelessness, accident or misuse of the product will not be covered under our warranty. Warranty also does not apply to stains or malfunctions caused by corrosive chemicals or other such materials.Any labor charges incurred by the purchase to repair, replace, install or remove product are not covered by this warranty.
Terms of Payment:
General payment terms are net 30 days. Failure to meet payment terms may result in delayed or halted shipments.
Price:
All prices are in effect at the time of purchase unless a valid, formal quotation is provided in writing. Orders will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Shree umiya acrylic reserves the right to change list prices without notice.
Taxes:
All published prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Shipping:
At Shree umiya acrylic, we follow a strict quality control procedure prior to shipping our goods. As part of this procedure, we photograph each shipment prior to shipping, and these photographs are available to our customers if a claim to carrier becomes necessary.
Before accepting any shipment from the carrier, please inspect the unit to make sure it is in good condition.
Freight Claims:
Shree umiya acrylic will only prepay and charge at customers’ request; these shipments will ship with insured value. If a PP & CH (prepaid and charge) shipment arrives damaged, do not sign the carrier’s waybill, and request the transport company to return damaged product to Shree umiya acrylic. Please call a Shree umiya acrylic customer service representative and advise of shipment coming back to Shree umiya acrylic, and to arrange shipment of a replacement order.Freight claims shipping collect will become the responsibility of the carrier. Shree umiya acrylic will not be held responsible for damage incurred during shipping. A new purchase order will be required for replacement items damaged in transit.

We reserve the right to discontinue product at any time, or the right to change specifications or design without notice and without incurring obligation. All dimensions are approximate and subject to change without notice.We recommend installing your shower base and completing tile work prior to ordering your shower door as finished measurements may vary due to tile and/or tile backing material thickness.
Return Policy:
Shree Umiya Acrylic product(s) are eligible for return under the following conditions:
Item is in original packaging, and item is in “as new” condition;
Item has never been installed or used as display;
Item is a stocked product that has not been discontinued, and is in current price catalog;
Item received is incorrect/different from item ordered: this discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods;
Invoice shows item purchased within a 6-month period from date of RGA request;
Original Shree Umiya Acrylic. purchase order will be required.
Shree Umiya Acrylic Products that are exempt from return:
Any custom item manufactured to customer’s specifications/color(s);
Custom shower bases;
Any non-regularly stocked item(s), i.e. brought in by special request;
Any item which has been installed, drilled into, painted or changed from its original condition in any way;
Any product which has been exposed to weather or poor storage conditions;
Any product which has been altered or equipped with parts or accessories, such as jetting etc.
